Flutter代码生成器

用途：

将WingInterfaceLibrary中提供给新版杏聆荟的接口及相关类转成Flutter代码供新版杏聆荟使用。

用法：

可直接运行，或传入参数并运行。

可输入参数：

string[] args：

WingInterfaceLibrary.dll的路径，默认为当前目录；
Flutter代码的生成路径，默认为当前目录下GeneratedCode文件夹。
